THE SPARK MASTERMIND
WHAT IF YOU HAD YOUR OWN PERSONAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS?
I know how powerful this is because I've had it. I have it.
I've been in rooms with women who changed the way I thought about my business, pushed me to do things I probably wouldn't have done on my own, made introductions that mattered, and became the people I called when I had a big decision to make.
And a month later, they ask:
Wait, what happened with that thing?
And I've watched the same thing happen in the rooms I've led.
Again and again, I've watched what happens when smart, ambitious women stop trying to figure everything out by themselves.
They make the decision. They send the email. They ask for more money. They finally do the thing they've been talking about doing.
And then everyone gets to celebrate when it works, regroup when it doesn't, and figure out what comes next.
THERE IS REAL POWER IN DOING THIS STUFF TOGETHER.
That's what happens in this Mastermind.
For six months, I'm bringing together a small group of accomplished women to become something like a personal board of directors for one another.
Women who know what you're working on. Who know the backstory. Who remember what you said you wanted. Who have experience, ideas and connections to share. And who care enough to ask you what happened the next time they see you.
I'll be there as your coach and facilitator, and you'll also have private coaching with me along the way. But you'll have something else, too: a group of women who are genuinely invested in seeing you do what you came here to do.
And you'll be that for them.
You're not just joining to have a board. You're joining to be one.
Because yes, you can do a lot on your own.
But you don't have to.
HOW THE MASTERMIND WORKS
For six months, we'll meet twice a month virtually as a Mastermind.
You'll bring the real stuff happening in your work and life to the room. We'll coach through it, brainstorm it, make connections, identify next moves, and come back to see what happened.
You'll also get:
3 private 1:1 coaching sessions with me. One at the beginning, one at the midpoint, and one at the end of our six months together.
A private WhatsApp with me + the group. For the questions, wins, asks, introductions and "I need somebody's brain on this" moments that happen between calls.
Full membership in The Spark Society. Because I want you connected to the larger community and network I'm building, too.
An in-person closing experience. We'll end our six months together in person with something celebratory, luxurious and FUN. Because obviously. :)
No giant curriculum. No pile of videos to watch. No homework for the sake of homework.
We work on what's actually happening in your world.
WHY THIS MASTERMIND / WHY ME
This isn't new work for me.
I've led three group coaching programs, several retreats, coached women one-on-one for years, and spent the last year and a half building The Spark Society.
I've seen what happens when women have both the coaching and the room.
I've watched introductions turn into contracts.
I've watched women negotiate big raises, make scary career moves, rethink their businesses, plan sabbaticals, find collaborators, hire and refer each other, and finally make decisions they'd been circling for months.
They become invested in each other.
They remember the story. They follow up. They make the introduction. They say the thing someone needs to hear.
That's what I know how to create.
The Mastermind brings together the two things I do best: coaching women through the stuff that matters and building rooms where extraordinary women show up for each other.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE ROOM
“I went into the weekend retreat with Leah with a lot of heavy questions on my mind. I had felt a pivot or commitment approaching that I was avoiding, and I needed both space from my ordinary life and an outside perspective to figure out what was best for me.
I had real space to think through things without the nagging distractions of my regular life, and the advice and reflections from the other women helped me get out of my own head and clear the noise.
I came out with a plan, an emotional shift, and a renewed sense of purpose and direction.”
— Zeina M.
“I loved being part of a group as compared to working one-on-one with a coach. I learned so much from the different strategies the others in the group had for dealing with the same challenge. It was an amazing opportunity to see how I could think differently about something.
I really felt the group was there cheering me on, helping me through, and that I was doing the same for them.
Leah's facilitation was light-touch but so thoughtful. She pushed us in just the right ways, and I felt both challenged and safe, which is a tricky balance to achieve. She also knew when to let other group members play a larger role and when to step in to help the discussion along.”
— Angela S.
“I loved this group and was reminded of the power of community by committing to weekly meetings with likeminded women. Leah is an incredible facilitator, gently holding space for everyone's experiences while encouraging critical discussions on important personal and professional topics.”
— Katie P.
“I call Leah the permission giver.
I was struggling to find something in between my keynotes and workshops and my one-on-one coaching. I talked it through with Leah, and she guided me toward the idea of hosting what has now become a successful and fulfilling salon series.
Most of us are sitting on a crazy idea we want to put into the world, and what we're missing is someone credible who says, ‘Yes, you can and SHOULD do that.’ Leah is that person, and she's done it for a lot of people.
If you have an idea of something you might want to do, she will nudge you in the direction that will finally make it work.”
— Amy S.
“Leah helped provide me with the tools to gain clarity and confidence for making a big career change in my life. Having the group coaching support each week helped me feel seen, kept me focused on the life I wanted, and gave me the confidence to go for it.”
— Molly H.

HOW TO JOIN
I'm being very intentional about who's in this room.
This isn't about putting together the most impressive list of résumés. I want women who are accomplished and ambitious, yes, but also curious, generous, candid, and willing to show up for one another.
The process starts with a short application so I can learn more about you, what you're working on, and what you'd want to bring to the room.
If it feels like there could be a fit, we'll have a short conversation. This is a two-way decision. I want you to feel excited about the room, and I want to feel confident that you'll make the room better by being in it.
If you're accepted, you'll have 48 hours to claim your spot.
FAQ
Do I need to be an entrepreneur?
No. Absolutely not.
This is for accomplished women doing interesting things.
This isn’t a room for beginners. You’ve built something, learned a lot, and have a track record. You’re here because you’re ready for what’s next.
You might own a business, lead a team, work inside a company, be considering a major career change, or be somewhere in between.
What matters is that you have something meaningful you're working toward and you're ready to engage with the room.
What if I don't know exactly what's next?
That's okay.
You might come in knowing exactly what you want to do over the next six months. You might know that something needs to change but not know exactly what yet.
Both belong here.
Is this a coaching program?
Yes, there is a lot of coaching. I'll be coaching and facilitating our Mastermind calls, and you'll have three private sessions with me.
But this isn't a traditional group coaching program where I teach a curriculum and everyone follows the same steps.
Your business, career and life aren't identical to anyone else's. We're going to work on what's actually happening.
What happens on the calls?
You bring the real stuff.
A decision you're making. Something you're stuck on. An opportunity you're considering. A conversation you need to have. Something you want the room's perspective on.
We'll coach, brainstorm, troubleshoot, make connections, identify next moves, and follow up.
Do I need to live in New York?
No.
The Mastermind itself is virtual and is open to women anywhere.
We will have an in-person closing experience in New York at the end of our six months together. Travel and accommodations are not included.
How many women will be in the group?
The Mastermind will be limited to 8–12 women. I’m keeping it intentionally intimate because I want everyone to actually know each other, know the context, and become invested in what happens.
When does it start?
Applications are open now and reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications close October 15. The Mastermind begins October 20 and runs for six months.
ONE LAST THING
You probably can figure out the next thing on your own.
You've figured out a lot already.
But I know from experience, both as a coach and as a person who has invested in rooms like this myself, that there is enormous power in having smart women in your corner who know what you're trying to do and are invested in seeing you do it.
That's the room I'm building.
And if you're reading this thinking, I want in that room, I'd love to hear from you.
